The Leaf Systems GmbH was founded in 2013 to improve ordering and communication processes in the gastronomy industry.
To further strengthen our sales team and provide the best possible support to our field sales staff, we are looking for a dedicated individual for our office in Ludwigsburg.
As an Inside Sales & Coordination Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and will work behind the scenes to ensure that all sales-related processes run smoothly. You’ll coordinate inquiries, provide organizational support to our field sales team, and maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your tasks:
- First point of contact for our customers and partners over the phone
- Receiving, processing, and prioritizing incoming customer and partner inquiries
- Creating and maintaining quotes, orders, and customer data in the ERP system
- Coordinating new customer projects and assisting with order processing
- Liaising with Purchasing, Support, and other internal departments
- Following up on open issues and ensuring a smooth flow of information
Qualifications:
- Completed business studies or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or a comparable position is a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer contact over the phone
- Very good written and spoken German
