Leaf Systems GmbH was founded in 2013 with the mission of improving ordering and communication processes in the hospitality industry. With our digital solutions, we help restaurants, cafés, hotels, and other hospitality businesses simplify their daily operations and work more efficiently.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager who is passionate about presenting our solutions, acquiring new customers, and building long-term client relationships.

Your tasks:
- Actively acquire new customers within your assigned sales territory
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships
- Present our products and solutions directly on-site
- Conduct sales consultations and product demonstrations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Independently plan and organize customer appointments
- Represent Leaf Systems at trade fairs, events, and customer gatherings
- Monitor market trends and competitors while identifying new business opportunities
- Work closely with our Sales Support, Customer Support, and Product Management teams
- Take ownership of sales opportunities and successfully close projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or field sales is an advantage
- Passion for sales and working with people
- Confident, professional, and friendly appearance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and well-structured way of working
- Willingness to travel throughout Austria
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- An existing network within the hospitality industry is an advantage.

- Starting salary according to the applicable collective agreement: €2,547 gross per month + performance-based commission. A higher salary is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
